Level Up has an unconditional, no-risk, money-back guarantee on conference tickets that are purchased within 30 days or more before the event. If you wish to cancel your ticket purchase prior to the 30-day window, please contact us at [email protected]. No refunds will be given starting 30 days from the event start date. How do I get to the venue?
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is located at 4455 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89169. It's conveniently situated about 1 mile east of the Las Vegas Strip and approximately a 5-minute drive from Harry Reid International Airport. Virgin Hotels Las Vegas
Driving Directions from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS):
1 - Exit the airport via the Harry Reid International Airport Connector.
2 - Continue north on Paradise Road.
3 - Turn left onto East Harmon Avenue.
4 - Use the right two lanes to turn right back onto Paradise Road.
5 - Turn left at the first stoplight to enter The Paradise Garage, which leads to the hotel's main entrance. Virgin Hotels Las Vegas
Ride-Share or Taxi: Inform your driver that you're heading to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas at 4455 Paradise Road. The designated drop-off and pick-up area is located at the front main entrance by the porte-cochère.

Guests arriving by personal vehicle can access The Paradise Garage via the first stoplight on Paradise Road after turning from East Harmon Avenue.

A VIP Dinner will be held on Friday evening exclusively for VIP, Elite Access, and Inner Circle ticket holders. Additionally, Elite Access and Inner Circle guests will enjoy exclusive networking lunches during the event.
Please note: Aside from these designated meals for qualifying ticket holders, no other meals will be provided.

An exclusive networking cocktail hour will be held the night before the conference on Thursday, August 21 for Inner Circle ticket holders.
